Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At Vastralinen, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery of your order.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact

  • The item should not show signs of wear, damage, stains, perfume, or washing

Products purchased during sale, clearance, promotional offers, or special discounts may not be eligible for return or exchange.


2. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

  • Size issues

  • Damaged products

  • Wrong item delivered

Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.

Customers are requested to carefully check the size chart before placing the order.


3. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our support team with:

  • Order Number

  • Reason for return/exchange

  • Product images (if applicable)

4. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photos/videos of:

  • The product

  • Packaging

  • Invoice (if available)

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


5. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and passes quality inspection, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

For prepaid orders:

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

For COD orders:

  • Refunds may be processed via bank transfer or store credit

Shipping charges, COD charges, or convenience fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products purchased during clearance or final sale

  • Used, washed, or damaged items

  • Products without original tags or packaging

  • Customized or altered products


7. Reverse Pickup

Reverse pickup service may be available depending on your location.

In some cases, customers may be requested to self-ship the product to our return address shared by our support team.

Customers are advised to pack products securely to avoid damage during transit.


8. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
